Matt Cappiello

Matt is a lifelong boater, avid fisherman and diver, and passionate about life on the water. As Director of Business Development at NewCoast Insurance Services, he builds and strengthens partnerships with marine dealers, marinas, and brokerages, helping them deliver seamless insurance and finance solutions to their customers.

Matt understands the marine business from every side of the deal. He began his career in marine finance and insurance as a Business and Finance Manager, where he earned MarineMax's Top Gun award in 2022. He then led retail operations as General Manager of MarineMax Palm Beach and Pompano, where his Pompano team earned back-to-back Top Gun awards in 2024 and 2025 as the number one location companywide before he joined NewCoast. He is also an experienced yacht broker.

A servant leader at heart, Matt loves working alongside talented team members to ensure every customer experience is world class. He holds a degree in finance from Florida State University.
